UX Analyst Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented UX Analyst to join our remote quality assurance (QA) team. In this full-time position based out of Garland, TX, you will play a vital role in enhancing the user experience across our digital platforms. The UX Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the usability and effectiveness of both web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal functionality and a seamless user journey for all users.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing on web and mobile platforms to assess the performance and accessibility of digital products.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and areas of friction in the user experience, clearly outlining issues for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to relay feedback and contribute to ongoing improvement processes.
- Verify that software features operate consistently across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, supporting a high standard of cross-platform compatibility.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing test findings, user pain points, and actionable recommendations to inform product enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools as well as a strong understanding of the app and web ecosystem.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user experience research, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary devices such as a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device to conduct comprehensive testing.
