Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing across web and mobile platforms to assess user experience and functionality.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to relay feedback and work toward timely resolutions of issues.
- Verify that all software features perform as expected across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and positive user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that outline findings and provide actionable recommendations for platform improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and a solid understanding of both web and mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of best practices in digital product evaluation.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to desktop, laptop, or mobile devices to perform testing tasks effectively.
