Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for both mobile and web platforms, following structured scenarios to assess the overall user experience.

- Collaborate effectively with development and design teams to communicate findings and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
- Verify that software features function as intended across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining consistency in performance and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports, summarizing testing results and offering recommendations for enhancing user experience.
- Keen attention to detail with a strong ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and a solid understanding of digital app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, UX analysis, or related fields is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary devices such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
