UX Analyst Job OverviewWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our remote Quality Assurance team as a UX Analyst. In this full-time position based in Providence, RI, you will be responsible for thoroughly evaluating user experience and testing functionality on both web and mobile applications. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for both mobile and web-based digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and areas where the user experience can be enhanced, presenting findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to communicate feedback and support the resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that all features and functionalities perform consistently across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining high standards of accessibility and usability.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing usability findings, technical issues, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to closely follow established testing protocols and instructions.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and an understanding of app ecosystems.
- Previous exposure to quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device are required to perform remote work effectively.
