UX AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual for a remote, full-time UX Analyst role. As a UX Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the digital user experience across our web and mobile platforms. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on the quality and usability of our digital products.
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed usability testing for both mobile and web platforms, identifying areas where user experience can be improved.
- Thoroughly document any bugs, glitches, or user experience challenges, ensuring all findings are clear and actionable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to communicate feedback and issues, supporting the resolution of user experience concerns.
- Verify that all software features are functional and consistent across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring accessibility and reliability for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on a regular basis, summarizing usability findings and providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions.
- Comfort working with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with multiple app ecosystems.
- Experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will support your success in this role.
- Reliable internet connection, along with access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, is required for effective remote work.
