User Experience (UX) Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and analytical User Experience (UX) Analyst to join our remote quality assurance team. As a User Experience (UX) Analyst, you will play a vital role in enhancing the usability and overall effectiveness of our digital platforms, ensuring that users have a seamless and engaging experience across websites and mobile applications. This full-time opportunity is based remotely, with the company headquartered in Johnsonfurt, MT.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for both mobile and web platforms, following established test scenarios to assess functionality and user satisfaction.
- Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points, ensuring that all findings are well-organized and actionable.
- Work closely with cross-functional development teams to relay findings and provide feedback that supports continuous improvement of digital products.
- Verify that all software features and functionalities operate consistently across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining high standards of accessibility and user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing outcomes, observations, and actionable recommendations for ongoing platform enhancements.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing procedures accurately.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration and communication tools, as well as a general familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related analytical roles is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for comprehensive testing tasks.
