Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing on web and mobile platforms to evaluate user experience and interface design.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings, ensuring that all issues are understood and addressed in a timely manner.
- Verify that software features function correctly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistency and accessibility for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, with a structured approach to following instructions and documenting results.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and an understanding of app ecosystems, including both mobile and web environments.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related technology fields is preferred.
