Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive accessibility and usability testing on web and mobile platforms to identify barriers that may impact users, including those with disabilities.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear and organized manner, ensuring problems are thoroughly described for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to communicate identified accessibility issues and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Verify that digital content and software features function correctly across various devices, browsers, operating systems, and screen sizes, ensuring consistent accessibility and usability.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and progress on a daily or weekly basis as required by the QA team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured testing procedures and documentation standards.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with different app ecosystems, such as web browsers and mobile operating systems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, web accessibility testing, usability testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in identifying accessibility issues that affect users of assistive technologies is a strong plus.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device equipped for remote work.
