Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms to assess and validate user experience and software performance.
- Document bugs, glitches, and issues affecting user experience, capturing details with clarity and accuracy to support troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with software development and product teams by communicating findings, reporting technical issues, and offering insights for improvement.
- Verify that all software features function correctly and consistently across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure wide accessibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly quality assurance reports summarizing findings, highlighting trends, and recommending improvements to enhance product quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail, enabling thorough review and identification of subtle usability concerns and technical inconsistencies.
- Ability to follow structured testing instructions and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
- Familiarity with remote working environments and tools, as well as a basic understanding of app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a closely related field is preferred, though not always required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting required testing tools.
