QA TesterWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our remote team in Charlotte, NC on a project-based, flexible schedule. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, usability, and quality of our digital platforms, including web and mobile applications. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and functionality testing for both web-based and mobile applications, ensuring consistent performance across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.
- Carefully document any bugs, errors, or user experience issues encountered during testing, providing clear and actionable feedback to the development and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other team members to communicate findings and support the resolution of identified issues.
- Follow structured quality assurance protocols and testing procedures to ensure thorough evaluation and coverage of new and existing features.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, issues found, and recommendations for improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow established instructions and processes precisely.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and digital environments, with the capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Access to reliable internet and personal devices such as a desktop computer, laptop, or smartphone capable of supporting testing activities.
