Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive user experience reviews of web applications, assessing interface functionality, navigation, and design consistency across diverse features and workflows.
- Identify, document, and report functional bugs, usability issues, visual inconsistencies, and areas where performance can be improved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development, to provide clear, actionable feedback that supports continuous improvement of web products.
- Simulate real-world user scenarios and execute complex workflows to uncover potential pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and areas for optimization within web applications.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, highlight key issues, and offer recommendations to enhance the overall user experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of web application usability and quality assurance best practices.
- Proficiency with remote work tools and adaptability to multiple web application environments and industries.
- Prior experience in web QA testing, user testing, or related quality assurance roles is highly preferred.
