The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. This position is focused on ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising a dedicated team across multiple shifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, upholding safety and quality standards, and driving process improvements to optimize productivity.
As a Warehouse Manager, you will manage the complete shipping and receiving process, maintain compliance with ISO and OSHA standards, and serve as a key point of contact between the warehouse, sales, purchasing, and quality control teams. You will be responsible for inventory consolidation, staff training and development, and the creation of a positive, safety-focused work environment. Warehouse Manager - Summary- Oversees all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and compliance.
- Leads and supervises warehouse team members across multiple shifts.
- Ensures operational efficiency and continuous improvement by embracing best practices.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and organized workplace while fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
- Ensure timely, accurate picking, packing, and shipping of outbound orders.
- Supervise all receiving and shipping activities for multiple shifts.
- Maintain product quality standards and warehouse cleanliness.
- Consolidate inventory to optimize storage utilization.
- Monitor and report employee attendance, vacations, and PTO to HR.
- Coordinate workloads with the Sales team to meet changing seasonal and demand requirements.
- Enforce company policies and procedures within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety regulations, including ISO and OSHA standards.
- Direct proper storage and handling of goods, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with department heads for smooth operational flow.
- Train and mentor new and existing warehouse staff.
- Present key warehouse performance metrics during monthly staff meetings.
- Manage product returns in partnership with Purchasing and Quality Control departments.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience.
- Certified forklift operator credential required.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); VMI experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams.
