Warehouse Associate - Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibilities include managing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining safety standards throughout the warehouse. You will work with a dedicated team to pick, pack, and ship products efficiently, as well as receive and confirm inbound shipments. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow all safety requirements to ensure a secure working environment at all times
- Accurately pick and pull parts by matching numbers, verifying quantities, and confirming proper locations
- Pack items securely and prepare shipments in accordance with company and industry standards
- Receive inbound shipments, confirm their accuracy, and process them into inventory
- Utilize warehouse management software for order picking, cycle counting, and inventory tracking
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote operational efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic English communication skills required (written, verbal, and listening)
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory and management software
- Experience with handheld devices for picking and cycle counting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated safety awareness and commitment to following protocols
- Basic numerical reasoning abilities for inventory management
