Voice Engineer - Summary
- Support and maintain enterprise telecommunications infrastructure, focusing on voice systems and collaboration tools.
- Administer Cisco Unified Communications environments, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
- Provide technical expertise in deploying and optimizing voice, voicemail, IVR, video conferencing, and web conferencing solutions.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and upgrade of telecom and collaboration technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and assist with the implementation of enterprise telecommunications infrastructure.
- Administer Cisco Unified Communications platforms, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
- Oversee the operation of voice systems, voicemail, IVR, video conferencing, and web conferencing tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecom incidents and service requests across voice and collaboration systems.
- Assist with design, deployment, and upgrades of telecom infrastructure and collaboration technologies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver reliable communication solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
- Maintain best practices for telecom and unified communications security and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting enterprise telecommunications infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with installing, configuring, programming, and maintaining telecom equipment.
- Proficient in Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) administration and support.
- Experience supporting voice systems, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
