UX Product Designer - Summary- Remote opportunity focused on digital product design for healthcare settings
- Engage in hands-on interface and experience design using Figma
- Build and maintain comprehensive design systems for large-scale websites

- At least 7 years of professional experience as a UI and UX designer, preferably with large-scale website projects
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience designing and building in Figma
- At least 3 years of experience creating and maintaining comprehensive design systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG
- Experience working collaboratively with UX researchers
- Background in Agile Scrum environments is highly valued
- Proven expertise in designing digital healthcare products for both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Skilled in balancing brand consistency with innovative design solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into user-centered interfaces
