UX Analyst Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused UX Analyst to join our remote QA team on a full-time basis in Cincinnati, OH. As a UX Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing user experience across our digital platforms, including web and mobile applications. Your feedback will help ensure our products are user-friendly, stable, and accessible for all users, directly impacting the satisfaction and usability of our services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive usability testing on both mobile and web-based platforms to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction provided by our digital products.
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs, technical issues, and user experience challenges with precision, ensuring clear and actionable feedback for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to relay findings and suggest improvements that align with best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• Verify that software features are consistently functional and visually coherent across a variety of devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining our high standards of accessibility and performance.
• Prepare and submit in-depth daily or weekly reports summarizing usability test results, actionable recommendations, and progress updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing procedures.
• Proficient in using remote collaboration and communication tools to participate effectively in a distributed team environment.
• Familiarity with mobile and desktop app ecosystems, demonstrating adaptability to new technologies and interfaces.
• Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or closely related fields is preferred and will contribute to your success as a UX Analyst.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device for remote work.
