UX Analyst Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UX Analyst to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team. This full-time position is based in Colorado Springs, CO, and is focused on enhancing user experience and optimizing the performance of our digital platforms. The UX Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating and improving the usability of both mobile and web applications. By conducting comprehensive usability testing, documenting findings, and collaborating with developers, the UX Analyst helps ensure that our platforms deliver a seamless and high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing for mobile and web platforms, following structured scenarios to assess the user journey and interface performance.
- Carefully document bugs, glitches, and specific user experience pain points, ensuring clear communication for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to effectively relay identified issues, provide feedback, and support iterative improvements to digital products.
- Verify that all software features function correctly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a consistent experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, usability issues, and actionable recommendations for ongoing product enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions.
- Experience and comfort working with remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems, with prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
