UX Analyst Position OverviewWe are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented UX Analyst to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team. - Collaborate closely with development and design teams to effectively communicate findings, feedback, and suggestions for platform enhancements.
- Verify that all software features perform consistently across various devices, browsers, and screen resolutions to guarantee accessibility and usability.
- Generate and submit regular reports, including daily or weekly summaries, outlining testing results, identified issues, and recommended solutions.
- Keen attention to detail, with a systematic approach to following structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency in utilizing remote collaboration tools and familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user experience testing, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and compatible devices, including a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, to perform thorough testing tasks.
