User Experience Tester (UX Tester) Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented User Experience Tester (UX Tester) to join our remote quality assurance team. As a User Experience Tester (UX Tester), you will play a key role in evaluating the usability of our digital products and providing actionable feedback that drives improvements in both our mobile and web platforms. This position is available as a full-time remote opportunity based in South Veronica, CO, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while having a positive impact on our products and their user experience.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing for websites and mobile applications, ensuring that all features function as intended across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Identify and document software bugs, glitches, and areas where the user experience can be enhanced, capturing detailed notes for the development team to review.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members by sharing clear feedback and communicating usability concerns in a constructive, solution-focused manner.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, identified issues, and recommendations for improvement, supporting continuous product development.
- Utilize remote working tools to coordinate testing activities and maintain efficient communication within the quality assurance department.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions precisely, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all testing outcomes.
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools and familiar with a variety of app ecosystems, including both mobile and web-based applications.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user experience testing, or a closely related field is preferred, but candidates who can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary hardware, such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device, to effectively perform testing tasks remotely.
