User Acceptance Tester (UAT) Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented User Acceptance Tester (UAT) to join our remote quality assurance team. As a User Acceptance Tester (UAT), you will play a crucial part in ensuring our software meets quality standards and delivers a seamless experience for end users. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability and user acceptance testing for both mobile and web-based applications to confirm that features meet specified requirements and user expectations.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues encountered during testing sessions, ensuring clear and actionable communication for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, designers, and other QA professionals to discuss findings and facilitate the resolution of identified issues.
- Verify software compatibility across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen resolutions, ensuring consistent performance and a positive user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, user experience feedback, and recommendations for improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured test scripts and procedures accurately.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and an understanding of digital app ecosystems.
- Background in quality assurance, user acceptance testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing.
