Usability Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a Usability Tester to join our quality assurance (QA) team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a Usability Tester, you will play a critical role in evaluating user experiences, testing the functionality of both mobile applications and web platforms, and providing actionable feedback to improve the digital products we offer. Responsibilities- Conduct detailed usability testing on mobile and web-based platforms, ensuring that products meet user experience standards.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and areas for user experience improvement in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with development teams by communicating findings and providing constructive feedback to guide enhancements.
- Verify that software features function correctly across various devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, either daily or weekly, outlining observed issues, recommendations, and overall usability feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow structured testing instructions.
- Competence in using remote working tools, with familiarity in navigating app ecosystems and digital interfaces.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for conducting tests.
