As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a key role in evaluating user experience and assessing the functionality of our digital platforms, including mobile applications and websites. The Quality Assurance Tester is responsible for identifying usability issues, documenting software bugs, and providing actionable feedback to improve our products for users nationwide.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify, document, and categorize bugs, glitches, and areas where the user experience can be enhanced, providing clear and actionable reports.
- Collaborate and communicate findings with development teams to facilitate prompt issue resolution and improvement implementation.
- Verify software compatibility and performance across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports detailing observations, findings, and recommendations for ongoing product enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to follow structured instructions accurately.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote working tools and familiarity with various app ecosystems.
- Preferred experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related technical field.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
