Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing on a variety of digital platforms, including mobile applications and websites, to assess user experience and functionality.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and any user experience challenges with detailed and clear descriptions to facilitate quick resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams by communicating feedback, usability issues, and suggestions for improvement in a constructive and effective manner.
- Verify that all software features operate as intended across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports—either daily or weekly—summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable insights that can be used to drive product enhancements.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with a proven ability to follow structured instructions and testing procedures.
- Experience using remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of app ecosystems, mobile platforms, and web environments.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related technical field is preferred, though not strictly required for consideration.
- Access to a reliable internet connection as well as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
