This role is ideal for a Urologist (MD or DO) seeking to supplement their regular practice or to explore new professional relationships within a highly regarded healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert urology care in both clinic and operating room settings, meeting the needs of a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with experienced OR staff and APPs to deliver high-quality, efficient care throughout the hospital network.
- Utilize advanced clinical systems and technologies to enhance diagnostic and surgical outcomes.
- Participate in rotational coverage across multiple hospital locations within Northeast Ohio, allowing flexibility and exposure to various patient care environments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to established protocols and best practices to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Urology.
- Active and unrestricted Ohio medical license.
- Comfort and proficiency in both clinic-based and surgical urology responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
