The UKG WFM Configuration Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), also known as Dimensions, for organizations in complex, industrial-focused environments. UKG WFM Configuration Analyst - Summary- Lead configuration and optimization initiatives within UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the alignment of workforce management solutions to HR, Payroll, and Operations requirements.
- Support a large, operationally complex organization by building scalable processes for long-term organizational success.
- Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet and exceed operational goals.
- Assess current UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) configurations, focusing on timekeeping, attendance, accruals, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and identify configuration gaps.
- Lead the execution of configuration corrections in lower environments, ensuring all changes are validated prior to user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Design comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios to confirm the effectiveness of configuration changes.
- Deliver hands-on coaching and guidance to internal teams on configuration strategies, testing methodologies, and sustainable process improvement practices.
- Diagnose and resolve production environment configuration issues by applying structured problem-solving techniques.
- Translate complex, cross-functional business requirements into effective, user-friendly system solutions.
