UI/UX Designer - Summary- Design and refine user experiences for a sophisticated platform that integrates analytics, workflow management, and product usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data/BI and engineering, to ensure alignment of design solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and implement UX patterns that enhance the platform’s analytics features, such as drilldowns, filters, and role-based views.
- Create deliverables including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction guidelines that support product development and user adoption.
- Identify workflow pain points and propose enhancements to simplify and optimize case operations.
- Design holistic user experiences with a focus on dashboard and operational workflows for emerging software products.
- Develop UX frameworks for presenting complex analytics, supporting deep dives, exploration, and personalized user perspectives.
- Collaborate closely with data/BI and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into intuitive and accessible design solutions.
- Analyze and map end-to-end workflows, identifying user challenges and areas for process improvement.
- Create high-fidelity UX deliverables—such as wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams—to guide development efforts.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of design standards and best practices for ongoing platform evolution.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UI/UX design, product design, or UX engineering for complex software platforms.
- Proven expertise designing for data-rich environments, including dashboards and operational analytics.
- Strong understanding of workflow-driven applications such as case management and claims processing.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
