Trust and Safety Analyst - Summary
- Serve as a vital member of the Trust & Safety team, dedicated to enhancing the player experience and maintaining a secure gaming environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to innovate and scale support models and operational workflows.
- Leverage your expertise in customer support tools and operational strategy to drive excellence in service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine strategies for the Trust & Safety Support Model, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhance and expand operational workflows for Trust & Safety initiatives, focusing on process optimization and leveraging automation where possible.
- Establish and monitor operational-level objectives and service levels to ensure an outstanding player journey from start to finish.
- Oversee the configuration, integration, and maintenance of support tools, including Knowledge Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Manage sensitive support ticket operations, ensuring prompt responses and thorough trend analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve player inquiries and appeals, ensuring all actions are in line with company guidelines and best practices.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of support processes to foster a positive, secure, and inclusive gaming environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in global Trust & Safety operations management, preferably within the gaming or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with third-party technology platforms within an operations environment.
- Strong working knowledge of customer support tools, including CRMs and knowledge management systems.
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced settings.
