Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Summary- Provide continuous cardiac monitoring and specialized nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans
- Assist in patient education and support through recovery and treatment
- Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal policies and procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs using telemetry equipment
- Identify and respond to cardiac arrhythmias and other acute changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Communicate with physicians, patients, and families regarding care and progress
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation

- BLS and ACLS certifications required
