Technical Writer - Summary- Full-time position based in Pasadena, TX
- Serve as the principal liaison among field crews, laboratories, and regulatory representatives
- Create, review, and format accurate air emissions test reports
- Contribute to environmental information management for a leading organization
- Review and compile data from field notes, raw data sheets, calibration logs, and laboratory analysis reports into standardized templates
- Cross-check engineering calculations, utilizing custom MS Excel formulas to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Draft and format comprehensive test reports in alignment with regional and state agency requirements
- Input testing data and create digital compliance packages using specialized reporting software, including the EPA Electronic Reporting Tool (ERT)
- Maintain, update, and refine document templates, charts, and data tables to optimize workflow and reporting efficiency
- Competitive hourly pay rate, with compensation commensurate with experience
