Duties & Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage candidates for highly specialized technical roles in regulated industries.
- Support and adhere to structured hiring processes in a compliance-driven environment.
- Conduct virtual meetings and interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Organize, track, and document all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System to support audit requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OFCCP and other compliance-related recruiting practices.
- Assist with the recruitment of candidates for niche scientific and research positions, with an emphasis on advanced R&D projects.
- Partner with internal teams to provide a seamless candidate experience and ensure a high standard of communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing talent, either in a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for regulated environments such as government, defense, healthcare, or financial services.
- Background in GovCon recruiting, including both cleared and non-cleared positions, and familiarity with structured hiring practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of OFCCP guidelines and compliance-minded recruiting practices, including documentation and audit readiness.
- Comfortable conducting video-based interviews and meetings with both hiring managers and candidates.
