- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing talent, either in a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for regulated environments such as government, defense, healthcare, or financial services.
- Background in GovCon recruiting, including both cleared and non-cleared positions, and familiarity with structured hiring practices.
- Comprehensive understanding of OFCCP guidelines and compliance-minded recruiting practices, including documentation and audit readiness.
- Comfortable conducting video-based interviews and meetings with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to maintain accurate documentation in high-compliance environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially in virtual settings.
