Technical Support Engineer - Summary
- Serve as a primary escalation point for complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, enhance platform functionality, and support customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in assigned product areas, delivering training as necessary to team members and clients.
- Provide proactive guidance and ensure timely resolution of critical platform incidents.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Offer expert-level support for the ServiceNow platform, acting as the final escalation point for unresolved technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve both frontend and backend platform issues.
- Utilize expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and browser debugging to analyze and solve technical challenges.
- Decode and interpret JSON strings using JavaScript to facilitate data handling and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and best practices to provide informed support and training.
- Deliver training and mentorship to less experienced team members to support their professional development.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate records to aid in knowledge management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ professional experience in a technical support or related technical role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend troubleshooting and debugging.
- Demonstrated ability to perform frontend browser debugging to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong skills in decoding JSON strings and using JavaScript for data manipulation.
- Clear understanding of the differences and interactions between frontend and backend development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
