As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment life cycle, from collaborating with hiring managers to defining job requirements, to sourcing, interviewing, and successfully placing candidates in critical roles. Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and ideal candidate profiles for technical roles in robotics and related fields.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Leverage market research and data analytics to inform hiring decisions and set realistic expectations for talent availability.
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to determine technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Guide both hiring managers and candidates through the complete interview process, providing support and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to manage recruitment workflows.
- Act as a consultative advisor to managers, providing insights on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a full life-cycle recruiter, with at least 3 years specializing in technical positions.
- Proven track record hiring senior individual contributors through director-level talent, particularly in robotics, engineering, or MedTech fields.
- Experience serving as a consultative advisor, guiding recruitment processes and outcomes for hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
