- High School Diploma and 4 years of talent acquisition experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of corporate or agency talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of Boolean search strings, resume sourcing, data mining, and internet research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and managing multiple requisitions.
