Talent Acquisition Specialist - Summary- Full-cycle recruitment for technical and scientific roles in a regulated environment
- Remote work opportunity with a collaborative and innovative team
- Key involvement in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Emphasis on compliance, audit readiness, and structured hiring processes
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates for hard-to-fill scientific and technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and help define ideal candidate profiles
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate assessments, ensuring all steps align with compliance and regulatory standards
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing the organization professionally to candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records in accordance with OFCCP and other compliance guidelines
- Support audit readiness by ensuring proper candidate dispositioning and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Engage in video conferencing for candidate screens, hiring manager meetings, and interviews as needed

- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency setting
- Experience recruiting for technical or scientific roles in regulated industries (government, defense, healthcare, financial services, etc.)
- Familiarity with GovCon recruiting, including both cleared and non-cleared positions
- Strong understanding of OFCCP regulations and best practices for compliance-minded recruiting
- Proficiency in documentation, candidate dispositioning, and maintaining audit readiness
- Comfortable conducting meetings and interviews via video conferencing tools
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to compliance
- Resourceful and creative in sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to navigate structured and fast-paced recruiting environments
- Passionate about representing a respected brand in the industry
