Systems Analyst – Data Management Position OverviewThe Systems Analyst – Data Management is a key role responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing supply chain data in support of organizational operations. This full-time position in Greensboro, NC focuses on supporting ERP system integrations, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with various teams to enhance business processes. As a Systems Analyst – Data Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of data flows and reporting structures, particularly in environments utilizing the Lawson ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze supply chain data to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business operations and objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that aid inventory, procurement, and logistics decision-making processes.
- Support the integration and operation of the Lawson ERP system, including troubleshooting data flow issues and ensuring seamless system performance.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain and IT teams to gather business requirements, improve data processes, and implement effective data management solutions.
- Document data structures, reporting processes, and ensure compliance with data governance policies and internal controls.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Supply Chain Information Systems and ERP platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise with Lawson ERP is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS-Addins for data analysis and reporting.
- Healthcare supply chain experience and familiarity with Lawson MSCM are highly preferred.
