Systems Administrator
ARC Group is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Administrator for a full-time, onsite contract position in Anchorage, AK. As a Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and data management of a comprehensive preventative and ongoing maintenance software program. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager, contributing to the efficient scheduling, tracking, and completion of maintenance activities across a range of operational assets, including trailers, tanks, pumps, motors, facility assets, and aviation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager to design, implement, and maintain a structured preventative maintenance (PM) program for all company assets.
- Create and coordinate a comprehensive systems buildout for Computerized Maintenance Systems (CMS) that reflects the vehicle maintenance program within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
- Maintain and regularly update the maintenance management system, ensuring accurate entry of work order data, schedules, asset histories, and supporting documentation through to commissioning handover.
- Generate and distribute reports that outline upcoming preventative maintenance tasks to promote visibility and accountability throughout operational teams.
- Coordinate with field teams and vendors to efficiently schedule inspections, services, and repairs in accordance with operational priorities and compliance requirements.
- Track, document, and ensure compliance with regulatory maintenance standards, including AVIR, tank inspections, and 49 CFR 180.416 trailer inspections.
- Support procurement and logistics activities related to maintenance materials and services, contributing to seamless maintenance operations.
- Assist in analyzing maintenance data to identify trends, support process improvements, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop a comprehensive user guide for the maintenance management systems to aid in training new hires and supporting ongoing system use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination, asset management, or administrative support within a technical or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems or other work management platforms such as Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, or similar software.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), reporting tools, and dashboard creation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven administrative tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to equipment maintenance is considered an asset.
