Supply Chain Coordinator Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Beverly Hills on a contract basis. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily supply chain operations within a dynamic and team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in the music industry and a background in managing supply chain processes. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling, asset collection, and order management, contributing to the efficient delivery of music products and releases.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule music releases in supply chain systems and oversee the status of new release stock orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collect and organize assets required for Preorder and New Release setups to support product launches and catalog updates.
- Manage catalog reorders for manufacturing and coordinate with labels to fulfill purchase order (PO) requests efficiently.
- Liaise with supply chain partners and label representatives to manage product orders and meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Provide support to other department team members as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and collaboration across the supply chain team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to supply chain activities and order statuses.
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the music industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated organizational, administrative, and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- This is a 6-month contract position with a high potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
