The Structural Project Engineer will primarily work on Type I construction projects across various market sectors, contributing to the development of buildings that define skylines and serve communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive structural design and detailing utilizing steel, concrete, and a variety of other structural materials to ensure the integrity and safety of complex building projects.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Revit technicians, architects, and engineering consultants, to develop innovative and efficient structural solutions.
- Support and participate in the creation and review of construction documents, maintaining a focus on design quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute engineering expertise to projects spanning multiple sectors, such as healthcare, education, commercial developments, and high-rise residential buildings.
- Engage in the delivery of large-scale, high-profile, and award-winning projects, enhancing both technical skills and professional experience.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering, specifically building design.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the design and application of steel and concrete structural systems; familiarity with additional materials is advantageous.
- Previous experience with DSA (Division of the State Architect) and OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) projects is highly desirable.
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited U.S. university (required).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills essential for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary project teams.
