As a Structural Engineer (EIT/PE), you will be responsible for leading the structural design process for residential and light commercial projects, focusing on foundation and framing systems including wood, steel, and concrete. Your expertise will be critical in preparing, reviewing, and sealing structural calculations, drawings, and specifications in compliance with all relevant building codes and standards. You will also have the opportunity to conduct site investigations and structural inspections, evaluate existing structures, and develop repair or retrofit solutions as needed.
This position offers the chance to serve as Engineer of Record on select projects, ensuring technical accuracy and code compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
