Responsibilities- Develop new business leads through prospecting, value-based conversations, and effective outreach strategies.
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable State Farm products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance product availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs or concerns.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Life & Health insurance license required.
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred, including knowledge of State Farm products and systems.
- Experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong motivation, self-direction, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Ability to relate well to customers and foster long-term relationships.
