Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various client requirements.
- Source potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure a strong match with client needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placement activities in applicant tracking systems.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume preparation, interview coaching, and feedback delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment to enhance processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing agency operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools is a plus.
