Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing across a variety of mobile and web platforms to evaluate the effectiveness and intuitiveness of digital products.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, ensuring that all findings are clearly communicated and actionable.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to provide critical feedback and assist in troubleshooting issues identified during the testing process.
- Verify that all software features operate correctly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining consistency and performance for all end users.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on testing outcomes, including recommendations for improvements, on a daily or weekly basis as required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to following structured testing instructions.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools, coupled with a strong understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or closely related fields is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Access to a stable internet connection and to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for comprehensive software testing.
