- Collaborate closely with software developers and product teams to communicate feedback and ensure all software features meet specified requirements.
- Verify software compatibility across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent user experiences.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining testing results, discovered issues, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to execute structured testing scenarios with precision.
- Proficient with remote collaboration and communication tools.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems, including both iOS and Android environments, as well as web platforms.
- Previous experience in software quality assurance, user testing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to testing hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, or mobile devices.
