Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for various software interfaces, ensuring products meet functional and user experience standards.
- Document identified bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with detailed clarity, enabling development teams to address problems effectively.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to communicate discovered issues, share user feedback, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Verify that software interfaces maintain high performance and usability across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on findings and recommendations either daily or weekly, supporting transparent communication and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency and comfort with remote working tools and collaboration platforms necessary for distributed teams.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and an understanding of user-centered design concepts.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, software testing, user experience testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing tasks.
