- At least 3 years of experience administering, configuring, governing, and optimizing Power Platform environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Proven track record supporting production environments and troubleshooting technical issues in enterprise settings
- Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering teams and contribute to innovative solutions, including AI initiatives
- Expertise in automation, platform governance, and process optimization
