Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Summary- Responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations and supporting front desk activities.
- Acts as a key liaison between vendors, customers, and warehouse staff.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of shipments and orders.
- Supports administrative functions and warehouse logistics.
- Communicate professionally with vendors via email to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with placing and tracking orders, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and package shipments for outbound distribution, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and accurately record inventory.
- Perform general warehouse tasks, such as organizing stock and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track inventory levels, shipments, and other essential data.
