Shipping and Receiving Associate - Summary- Key member of the warehouse and manufacturing team, responsible for shipping and receiving operations.
- Supports the efficient movement of steel framing and building materials within a fast-paced production environment.

- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and condition.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and shipping paperwork.
- Safely unload and load trucks, stage materials for production and outbound shipping.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders precisely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through both scanning and manual documentation.
- Assist with periodic cycle counts and inventory reconciliation efforts.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal departments.
- Communicate shipment delays, shortages, or issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Support ongoing warehouse organization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
