SharePoint Developer - Summary
- Lead enterprise SharePoint migration projects, focusing on moving content from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and OpenText Documentum D2.
- Collaborate with business units to review existing content, determine retention and disposition strategies, and document all migration, archiving, or deletion decisions.
- Analyze and redesign legacy workflows, ensuring successful migration from SharePoint 2013 to Power Automate.
- Develop and implement new Power Automate workflows based on business requirements.
- Execute migration validation, quality assurance, reconciliation, and comprehensive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and validate SharePoint migrations with a focus on data integrity and process efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams to assess, document, and implement content retention and disposition policies.
- Redesign and migrate legacy workflows to Power Automate, ensuring robust documentation and thorough user acceptance testing.
- Develop new automated workflows to meet evolving business needs and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Oversee comprehensive quality assurance and reconciliation processes to guarantee successful migration outcomes.
- Produce timely and detailed project reports to keep stakeholders informed throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Support ongoing optimization of SharePoint Online environments, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate development.
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SharePoint migration projects.
- Successful completion of at least three SharePoint on-premises (2013/2016/2019) migration projects in the last five years.
- Proficiency with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience migrating SharePoint Designer 2013 workflows to Power Automate.
- Strong documentation, testing, and user acceptance skills.
