ServiceNow Technical Support Engineer - Summary
- Deliver expert technical support for the ServiceNow platform in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, analyze code, and provide high-quality solutions to users.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues, ideally within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills, specifically in JavaScript.
- Familiarity with dynamic HTML components, including CSS and XHTML.
- Working knowledge of web application stacks and relational databases such as MySQL.
