Applicants for the Service Advisor position must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with significant field experience in the HVAC, Boiler, or Critical Power industries. Essential certifications, including Universal EPA CFC and OSHA 10, are required to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Additional certifications, such as EGSA, UA Apprenticeship, NATE, or STAR, are highly valued and may distinguish you as an ideal candidate.
